Home Owners: Pre-Listing Styling Evaluation

Hi Homeowners! This service should be completed prior to the photography and listing of your home on the MLS. We will walk around the home, room by room & help you put on your buyer goggles. We will have a conversation on each part of your home and come up with cost effective solutions and a plan to maximize your ROI. This is done by using what you already own to ready yourself & to showcase your home for pictures and real estate walk throughs. It's a good idea not to pack everything away until it's reviewed what could or could not be used. We will make recommendations on improvements that may be needed to bring you the most ROI and for the quickest sale. Also, throughout this we will take notes and pictures and will provide a comprehensive checklist to prepare you for your pre-listing MLS photography! This plan is perfect for the Do It Yourselfer!

Occupied Staging Photo Prep
Starts at $125 - $175/hr

This service is the next step after the evaluation of your home. This is where you completed the list of recommendations from the evaluation but you would like one on one help to ensure that your home is ready for marketing pictures. We will come in and roll up our sleeves with you to get down and dirty in preparation of marketing photos! We will review your existing items and furniture to style, edit, organize, and declutter while still living in the home.
Virtual E-Design
E-Design is an electronic design and is done via email communication and computer aided design software!
E-Design is perfect for the client who wants to rework a room (or Rooms) in their home but needs direction and done without leaving your home! This service is a virtual design service. This can help you save time, money, and many headaches! You order the furniture and put together yourself!
