Hey There!  

My name is Ginamarie (Gina), it's nice to meet you! I am so happy you decided to stop by and check out what I have to offer! But first, let me give you a little background about myself.  

I am a HSR certified pro home stager and interior redesigner, organizer serving the Florida state - St Petersburg, Tampa and surrounding areas.  I have completed the Home Staging Certification through HSR (Home Staging Resource) which is a vigorous and intensive home staging certification course which has helped develop and fine tune my staging and design skills.  HSR Certification program is an accredited staging training by the Real Estate Staging Association RESA which is the governing body of the home staging industry which I am also a proud member of.

I currently live in St Petersburg FL and moved here from Buffalo NY in 2017.  In Buffalo, I attended Buffalo State College and received a Bachelors degree in Fine arts and completed 4 years of Interior Design program.  (Which feels like a billion years ago! ha)

My company I have created is Karmic Design Solutions where it has a concentration on Home Staging Consultations 🏡, Occupied Staging, Redesign, and E-Design.   You name it, I can do it! 💫

Design is something I was never able to let go of and somehow kept coming back around.  It is more than a passion for me.  It is my infinite Karma.

My grandfather was a general contractor, my mom a very creative individual who built her brick and mortar business from ground up along with designing clothes for the NFL.   My mother overcame many obstacles in her business career as a female business owner.  She is also an advocate for Domestic Violence and helps in many situations.   My grandmother knitted afghans and my great aunt used to make dolls and sell them at the local flea market.  My stepfather is a very savvy businessman in which I enjoy learning from every time I speak to him. My dad, an engineer in the National Guard.

To say the very least, I was surrounded by creative family members on a daily basis and was a blessed kid having my grandparents have a heavy hand in raising me and teaching me the values of money, how to build and be creative.   Proud of my family and my background is an understatement.

 

I have been designing since I was a kid with moving and re-arranging furniture around in my grandparents house and being my grandfathers little shadow wanting to help paint, and build along side him 😇💫. 

What better way to combine my passion for design, organization, and helping people with their struggles of selling their homes while trying to save some money and getting a bigger ROI!  It made perfect sense to start a business in the home staging industry.   ​

I absolutely love what I do and the pure joy I receive when I see people happy with the outcome is a true gift in itself.

When I am not redesigning or completing a stage for a home seller, you can find me when the Buffalo Bills are playing watching the game at one of the local Buffalo Bills backer bars in St Pete or Tampa! Go Bills!  I also love staying home and relaxing with my fur baby Esme to unwind!
